Fast, courteous service with everything made exactly as asked for and packed into a carry out bag that didn't smash up any of it! So much better than that other burger place just over in town!

I stopped in briefly but I can say that the place was very clean and it was in a great location.

Actually, there wasn't one car in the parking lot....I had to pull up and wait...then got home 5 minutes away. .the fries tasted like they had been sitting for awhile and the chk tenders were dried up and hard!!! Absolutely terrible!!! We're here visiting our son....have one where we live, Sevierville, and they are awesome!!!! Really dissatisfied!!!!!! Had to give a 1 star because there's no option for ZERO stars!!!!

Not consistent, skip the salads and ask for freshly made chicken tenders and its good food! Very nice folks there!

Slow ordering. No Unsweetened Iced Tea. Need about 2 additional Team Members. Visually upset Manager on Duty. Food is o.k though. Recommended. But, recommend confirming Order if you go through Drive Thru or place a To Go Order.

Very clean restaurant. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They brought the food to our table and the other customer's tables. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the food. While it was good the chicken fingers were a little rubbery. They appeared done since they were white, as chicken should be, but just rubbery. The apple pie (turnover) was a delight according to the wife.

Hardees is great the bacon cheddar fries are my favourite thing there service is good as well.

Employees were friendly but it took Avery long time to get our order and my burger was wrong. I didn't say anything, didn't want to wait for another one. We were also the only customer's inside the restaurant.

You can't go wrong with their biscuit and gravy at breakfast. This location is always clean and well kept. The staff is always polite and courteous. They will even bring your food to the table if you need a little extra help. Pricing is very affordable.

I purchased a chicken sandwich and as I started eating it I found the chicken was still cold and under cooked in the middle. I had to stop eating it. That was a waste of money. All the other times I have purchased food there it was real good and the folks working there are some of the friendliest people I have met. Dont know what happened with this sandwich.

Perfect timing for this road warrior! Clean bathrooms, and the folks working here are great! Young man named Epsy has a great attitude and takes his job seriously.
